GETTING PAID
 

All referees must submit a Verification Form signed by the coaches.  Please send entire page. DO NOT tear in half. Thanks.

Print the VPS, fill one out for each game and make a copy for your records, and then send it by US mail to:

        

• Pay is for properly licensed referees. Club lines and non-licensed referees are not paid.
• Referees failing to complete all paperwork and reports are subject to forfeiture of pay.
