4-Goal Rule For 7v7

If both coaches agree, then a team that is down by 4 goals or more will be allowed to add up to two additional players to the field. This is in addition to all the other options available under the normal 4-Goal Rule. Please remember that one of the other existing options is for the two teams to exchange some players to even out the teams, and we encourage the coaches to consider using this option.

In the absence of agreement by both coaches, then the normal 4 Goal Rule remains in place. At no time should the dominant team have more than 7 players on the field. In other words, this is a 7 v 7 league, and that is the norm.
